Due to the closure of QPLC and therefore no access to our notice board being available at that pool, and because of the pending strike action by Royal Mail, this year's nominations for roles at the AGM will have to be notified to me via e-mail. A list is now available by clicking here. Please could you contact me as soon as possible with details of
a) the role you wish to be proposed for
b) who is seconding the proposal
Could those people who are seconding a proposal also e-mail me confirmation of this fact. I will keep a 'hard copy' of the list with me and I will try to see people in person and obtain signatures.
The date of the AGM will be published shortly but is likely to be either a Saturday morning or Monday evening, at Brookfield.
